The only advantage I see to these relocation brackets is that they create more clearance between the sway bar and the e-locker actuator. But then again, a lift does not change the arc in which the suspension travels, only the resting position - so if Toyota thought that there is enough clearance at factory height, that should still hold with the 2" lift (it's the same as 2" of suspension travel from stock).
