I have a 2019 Pro and all of my Fox shocks were replaced under warranty. The fronts were replaced and then another clunk developed on the passenger side so the front passenger was replaced a second time. Both rear shocks were also replaced. If you crawl underneath you'll see its most likely the shock scraping on the plastic surround. Since my last replacement, all has been good. I guess, in Toyota's defense, it's not a Toyota specific part. The shocks were designed by Fox to Toyota's specifications. Doesn't seem like Fox did a very good job with the design. It was supposed to be a problem with the 2019 and 2020 shocks and was supposed to be resolved by 2021.
