I'm just a hobbyist, learned what I know by doing it for myself. I don't Really want to get into this kinda of business and would prefer folks find local auto locksmiths. Plus, my life is blowing up right now, I'm not in the best position to help beyond wordy advice.
As for finding one, just start calling locksmiths listed in the yellow pages. Explain that you need a 93C56 EEPROM flashed/copied. They will most likely want to see your registration to prove ownership, but it's a nothing job with the right ($3000) tool. To maybe save a little on cost, have the glovebox off and ECU ready to come out with the 2nd one ready to be flashed.
The 2 main options are to Copy from the old to the new or to Virgin the new and train the keys. Copy is a shortcut of not messing with keys, but if you don't have a Master key (security light extinguishes Immediately upon being put into the ignition) then a Virgin setup will give you a Master and 1 or 2 slave keys. The Master is needed to train other new keys to the immo... it's the one you stick in the safe and never use.
