Wow thats low mileage! I'd just drive and enjoy it for now. I might recommend checking out the tires. At 28k, mileage-wise they could be the original tires and may appear to have life left, but age-wise they'd be trashed. You can check for a 4 digit date code on the side of the tire. For example a tire with date code 4616 would be manufactured on the 46th week of 2016. Generally, tires 6+ years old will be no good anymore, regardless of tread depth
I see you're in Chicago. I'm in the Peoria area, so kind of close by. There are a few Toyota FB groups for the area if you're into that. I was trying to get some 4runners together this summer to do something- wheeling, meetup, etc but still a work in progress
