We're in no rush to buy with the way inventory and prices are right now.
With the Maverick, it would be a third vehicle as I'll always want to have a mid-sized SUV for roadtrips. I would be surprised if Ford doesn't release either a PHEV or EV version of the Maverick. This will just be an around town vehicle so it would make sense to go with ev if it happens, even if we only get 2wd in that drivetrain.

I agree, I would bet Ford is working on an EV version of the Maverick.
