The timing belt should be replaced very 90,000 miles, normally I would recommend replacing the water pump anytime you replace the timing belt because it's about the same amount of work involved to replace it as it is to replace the timing belt, but with only 28,000 miles on the vehicle I wouldn't worry about the water pump as it doesn't deteriorate with age, if you ever notice the coolant constantly being low then I would have the water pump checked for leaking.
