Thumbs up When trying to start the starter spins but engine won't start this is why.

Around seven years ago i tried to start my 4Runner, starter was spinning but engine would not start, what the reason i found out.

The reason is when battery voltage falls to around ten volts, the engine control computer will not allow the fuel pump work, you put in a new battery and the engine then will starts

Seven years ago this had me shaking my head, today it again happened i quicklychecked the battery voltage and it was ten volts, went out bought a new battery and again engine started.
