Help - Squeak after axle / needle bearing replacement

Axle and needle bearing were replaced with oem by Toyota shop 2-3 mo ago.

Zero noise solved my issue of the needling bearing noise.

Noticed between 25-30mph a squeak that I thought was maybe brakes?

Noise still occurs applying brakes.

Thought was suspension components.
Lubed all components - uca, ball joints, lcas, pivot points, anything that moves with suspension

Still occurring

Noticed tonight noise does go away if I accelerate but if holding speed or coasting it comes back.

Thought maybe drive axle but the squeak doesn’t occur as fast as the wheel is spinning (frequency)

Going to try and remove splash shields and lube case mounts next…

Aftermarket icon suspension and ucas (ball joints replaced 4mo ago) - lubed shock shaft and have covers installed for salt erosion etc.

Greased hood stops - didn’t work
Don’t think it’s a belt as reving engine or idle cannot replicate.
Ruling out suspension as rocking car or bouncing cannot replicate…

Video (faint but louder in person)

Any help or advice is appreciated!!!
