I'm a little put off by the attitude, but I will respond anyway as I have owned both.

Yes, the sheet metal on 4th Gens felt more substantial and some of the interior materials were of better quality IMO but I am comparing 2003 Limited vs 2019 SR5P so that might not be fair. That said, the two gens (at least V6 DVVTIs) are nearly identical mechanically, built in the same plant and have had more time to work out the bugs.
