Since everyone else already responded to your other questions, I'll tackle this one. I bought a coverlay dash cover this summer and am really happy with the results. The color and texture perfectly matches the rest of the dash, sits nice and flush and doesn't squeak or rattle. Anyone that rides in my 4Runner doesn't even notice it, which is how it should be.

Here is a link to the exact one that I bought: Coverlay Black Dash Cover 11-308-BLK Fits 03-09 Toyota 4Runner w/o Dash Speakers | eBay

If your dash has the JBL speaker, I'd highly recommend removing the speaker and installing the coverlay without the speaker cutout. I originally bought a dash cover with the speaker cutout and couldn't get that area to sit flush. Removing the speaker takes 2 minutes and mine was blown anyway.
