DD has a following for a reason and it's because they don't claim outlandish things like BD has in the past and perform as advertised. Unlike the Baja Designs SAE foglights for example....
The thread on TW is sourced so much because it provides ample information without the BS.

DD fanboys love that thread on TW because its the ONLY source they can quote, that makes it far from legitimate.
DD has a great marketing team.
Let me repeat it for you one more time;
I own both DD and Lasfit products and run both on my vehicle, and real world performance and construction are SIMILAR. You cant go wrong with either manufacture.
You don't have to believe me though, you can believe whatever you want to validate your purchase..ROFL.
