The fuel map on the T4r ECU controls the mixture. Some vendors of superchargers will add a piggy back to the ECU and others modify the ECU itself to account for the additional boost.
Unless you modify the map you probably don't need a bigger pump. Any excess pressure/ fuel is just returned to the tank.
I do believe the T4r's ECU has some ability to modify itself (hence the arguments regarding fuel grade). I am not sure if it will self modify a supercharger upgrade.

Adding forced induction to any NA car will definitely require ecu tuning. If that kit does not come with it he will definitely need to find that as well. If this kit requires a fuel pump like URD it will also most likely need an injector upgrade too.
