Follow up on more troubleshooting.

I read somewhere else to try a jumper wire on the resistor connector. Jumper wire on the two outer connectors and if the blower runs then it's the resistor.

This makes sense now, since the last time this happened I changed the resistor.

But this only lasted about a year.

May go with a higher end resistor this time to see if it lasts.

Well I'm off to order a new one.

Thanks for all the help, I will update if the new resistor fixes my problem.
