2023 TRD PRO ordering help
Asking for a friend.

He is looking to order a 2023 TRD PRO. Dealer in Colorado told him none available to order. The dealer also told him that you can only order from in State dealers. That Toyota will not allow any order if he inquires from out of state dealer. Any truth to this?
