Replace the starter (OEM or Denso reman) or rebuild it yourself (new solenoid and contacts. Normal stuff...

Edit... it may still just be intermittent - try the key to START for 1-2 seconds at a time multiple times until the starter spins. You basically are trying to find a spot where the starter contacts and solenoid have enough contact to run the starter (the solenoid spins a bit each time it is actuated).
