Thank you for posting this! Oh so helpful. There are so many threads about how to remove the sliding tray, but none actually talked about how to convert it back to OEM with the part numbers that you need. Thank you very much. I see how the tray can be useful, however in my situation I would prefer without it.
I just ordered all the part numbers you listed. Just in case anybody is curious, I ended up finding all those parts used on ebay and it came out just a bit under $600.00 total shipped. Not cheap, but definitely reasonable enough compared to sourcing all of them new. There was only 1 listing for the carpet and pad at the time, but I'm sure more will popup if anybody else is looking.
If anybody is in Northern California and wants a tray, I would be willing to sell mine. PM me if so.
