Upgrade skid plate hardware to fix broken bolts & in frame nuts

I like many others have had the same issue with boots that hold the skid either braking off or the nuts that are spot welded to the frame braking. Here's how I fixed it and upgraded to stronger bolts to avoid the issue in the future
