As for dealers re-aiming headlights, I'm not aware of any dealers having the kind of equipment required to really do precision aiming. Besides, I'd be really worried about having the kid that just messed up my free oil change play with my headlight aiming.

Not too sure about precision aiming each vehicle. Perhaps pre-indexing each headlight adjuster when the housing is made, leaving the true beam angle subject to any inconsistencies in final assembly.
Else, we factory BiLED headlight users wouldn’t keep getting flashed even when using our low beams, even on stock tires, suspension, not even a leveling kit.
