Could be a fuel pump, think there is a website you can check your vin for any recalls. Try searching the Toyota website.
Your CEL and Trac light could be symptoms of very many other things though. Neutral safety switch, non oem gas cap, among a few. You need a code reader or go to Autozone and they will check your codes for free.
