I guess it comes down to stance/poke, if you want a rim with a bigger lip or not.
I've run both the -10 and now run the -38 offset.
If you gonna run 34's or 35's, you gonna have to do cutting, BMC, pinch weld, and extended bump stops regardless of what offset u choose. The -10 will fit easier, but thats a moot point....because you still gotta put in work.
So it just comes down to what stance you prefer.
I'd go with the -38 all day everyday. The f5 in -38 is my forever wheel. Great combination of weight, width, lip, and poke.
FYI, you won't be fitting 34 or 35's with a bone stock suspension.
