I've been with USAA for 35 years and I have to say their service to us, service members have been lacking in recent years. I'm not gonna go into details, but it's not what it used to be.
Insurance is still a scam, but I will stipulate that it's necessary because the world is full of Magoos.
Oh, and thanks for serving alongside the few of us who did.
