similar issue. any input appreciated

2008 with rust in Michigan. power steering fluid disappearing recently. I think I found the source of the leak. anybody have any experience replacing any of these lines? not overly mechanical but open to trying to replace it. stupid question...is wrapping this with some electrical tape and seeing how it holds up completely inappropriate for temporary fix? these pictures are all the same location just different angles.
