This ^^^ is a wive’s tale spread on the internet by ignorant owners and supposed mechanics. At worst you could argue that an external machine used to flush the trans could dislodge and circulate sediment that then clogs valves or solenoids. It’s all horseshit. I did our first at 120K on our 2014 and probably need to do it’s third at 331K.
