A forum is only as good as its members, particularly those that post information or help others out.
please read the rules? it may state 15, maybe it is, that post has been up for seven years, about as long as you have been a member, (not to be too much of a jerk, I also find kind of hard to believe you haven't really made any contributions, it seems you could have posted at least 2-3 times a year in that amount of time and met the minimum?) so the rule is anything but new.
