Several websites have been updating the projected release date. electriccarhindime . com posted this on July 9; "...it is also likely that the Toyota 4Runner will be up for order later this year." They also expect deliveries to start in calendar year '24.
Again several websites have projected pricing by using '23 MSRP plus inflation. electriccarhindine is projecting the following. I think these are Low.

The Toyota web page lists the '23 SR5 at $40,155. '24 price will probably be closer to $42,000.
The '23 Limited is listed at $49,390. The "24 will probably be in the area of $51,500.
