Still a pain, but likely also a reasonable price - find a good locksmith and take the 5 key cylinders to be re-keyed to the same pinning.
Otherwise, the dealer *might* still be able to get a full lockset new from Toyota.

Dealer calls them a "divorce key kit"......lol.
They were still available when I bought mine two years ago. They are kinda pricey, but I wanted all new parts and keyed alike so it was an easy decision. I can't even remember what they cost. 3-400$ I think for the complete kit I think? Any Toyota parts manager can find it for you with ease I'm sure.
It's a great kit and very complete. Includes it all.
Good locksmith is always a good option. But depending on the condition of the tumblers, that might be a fools errand.
