i re-charged the battery, checked connections. All the fuses are good.
What i'm wondering is what does the repeated relay clicking/horn honking mean? Key's not even in the ignition when it does this. As long as the battery is hooked up the relays and horn go off.
I'm going to try to mess around with it some more this weekend, thanks for the tips. I'll update accordingly.

When the starter contacts wear down too much, there is still a click caused by the plunger trying to hit the contact. The fact you hear no click might mean no power is getting there, so check up stream to battery.
