They shouldn’t drive any different. Same shocks, springs, doors. Like others mentioned, the off-road may have kdss which may act slightly different than standard sway bars in the sr5 but honestly shouldn’t be enough to notice, ok the road at least… So for daily driving, just pick the one you like the most with the features you want. The off-road will have a rear locker but for your purposes shouldn’t matter. It might make snow driving more dangerous if anything. And on the topic of Manuel shifter vs dial shifter, I don’t think it matters. People like the idea of the manual shifter and think the dial is more prone to failure but I haven’t heard many reports of that. Just seems to be what’s commonly believed.
