The idea of retaining the OEM chrome pieces while also having a strong bumper with tow points and a spot for a winch is a great idea. Might be niche, but the main reason I'm keeping the OEM bumpers on my 01 is to keep the chrome. Weight is also a big one. It looks like you're removing the option to have the OEM chrome integration, which is a bummer!
