The heated steering wheel really has no effect. The heat is a big ho hum and it’s not located where one would typically hold the steering wheel. Both my wife and I share this view, so I am speaking for myself and my wife. Hope you get that wheel back together and everything works.

I'm not the OP. My 2023 ORP came with heated steering, and I love it. It heats up quickly and puts out a perfect amount of heat on the perforated pleather portion of the steering wheel (roughly 2-5 and 7-10 o'clock on the wheel - right where my hands go). Super glad to have the feature, and will seek it out on all future purchases.
