I am running the Front LCA bushings. I have a set of the rears on the bench, just waiting to get over to my buddies house with a press.

Removing the Old bushing from the arm is the hardest part. There is an Arrow on the bushing that appears to point to the Installation direction. I believe you should push the opposite of the arrow to make removal easier.

You will need a 28mm Socket or Press sleeve in order to remove the OEM bushings. you can also burn them out and try to cut the sleeves with and air hammer or hacksaw.
