Quick question:

I bought the car with only the grey valet key. It’s very worn… went to the dealership and had them make me a new key. As you’ve mentioned, the only difference between the new dealership key and old key is that the new key will lock the glove box.

Talked to a local locksmith today and he said he could clone the valet key with the teeth of the master. The system will still have it as a sub… do you foresee any problems with cloning? (Other than the cost of new cheap keys)


Also, what’s the part number for a new virgin chip. Confirm ic900.
