Damn, definitely sounds like an even worse experience than I had with my "Toyota (don't) Care" oil change. The idiot tech put the oil cap dirty side down on my brand new $300 battery, and also dumped oil all over the batter and engine bay. I only went to the Stealership for the oil change because I thought it was required for the warranty and it was free, but after 2 bad experiences with them I never went back. They also rotated my wheels for me and scuffed up my aftermarket wheels as well. Definitely sorry to hear this, but this is why I refuse to go to the dealership for any maintenance if I can avoid it. Been changing my oil ever since
