I've had good experiences with my local Mazda dealer. They've done 8+ oil changes and a transmission oil service without any problems. Was planning on doing the same to the 4Runner, as my local dealer has a solid reputation. I don't do 5k oil changes, but I'll be getting the 1st done at one year, which will be about 7,000-8,000 miles for me.
