I realize this post is 2.5 years old…. But I didn’t see any other threads on the topic. I’ve been chasing down a popping/intermittent rattle and I found my relay box is also very loose in its metal bracket. ‘21 Nightshade. I’m not sure this is the actual sound I’m hearing (yet), but it needs to be addressed.
The metal bracket to body is solid. The plastic lid to plastic box is loose as well as the plastic box to metal bracket. Basically the plastic snap/clips are a loose fit.
Any pics of where you placed the insulating tape?
