Rake or not the same rub would have occurred offroad as the vehicle goes through its articulation. The tire, wheel & alignment setup didnt fit before the bumper, its just more noticeable now (and super annoying). Figure out where to trim and push liners, change tires and/or wheels and ask you alignment tech if they can help. Narrower tires, shorter tires and wheels with less negative offset all help reduce the rub risk at the front and back of the wheel wells.
Do you like the way the front end handles with the added weight and the current shock and spring setup? Depending on how that feels heavier springs may be on option. Pre-load on adjustable coilovers or spacers isn't always the answer.
