The simple way is to remove the grease zerk, unbolt the rear end and squish the grease out.
If you do remove it, make sure you keep close note of the orientation between the front and rear parts. It is 100% required they line up correctly. Ford PTFE driveshaft slip yoke grease works well for the slip splines if you take it apart.
