Those springs are a "lift spring" I think 2.25 inches iirc, so it sitting higher in the rear checks out. Its hard to guess what going on with out seeing anything.

Sounds like it may need 500 lbs in the bed for a few days to settle them down. May just be new springs stiff. If not, you could pull a leaf or two from each side.

If they cranked up the front to try to match the rear, "un cranking" the torsion bars could get some "boing" back. Maybe look into Ball Joint spacers to bring the front up?
Thanks for the info. Honestly I realized I screwed up on the springs after return period closed. I'm not going monster truck, and wasn't planning on more than a sub-woofer in the back, so firmer springs were stupid.

Thinking back, the front of the truck always felt like there was no suspension. Every pebble was a hard bump. Guessing something is stuck/rusted.

Any specific areas to check out on the IFS to understand why its not moving?
