My brain says get a 4Runner but the heart says Bronco. It would be a daily driver so I’m concerned about it having issues that will have it in the shop a lot.

When I got my 4Runner in 2019, I was also looking at JKU's. I REALLY wanted the Wrangler, they're so cool and have so much potential. The 4R was not nearly as desirable to me.
I decided to be an adult and look at needs vs wants, and even the guys on Wrangler Forum told me the 4R was better suited to my use case.
5 years later, the 4R has been solid and has done everything I've asked of it. That said, I don't "love" it, it's just an appliance. I still look at Jeeps, and now Broncos with desire I do not feel for my 4R.
If I were shopping now and budget wasn't a concern, I'd get the Bronco.
