I don't know the specifics, but the post referenced has no model years, and other years are lower from the factory than '99, even the 'not-tall' '99's. (my '99 2WD was over 20" hub to fender lip with the factory suspension/weight, even after 15+ years)
The Moog PNs that float around here are generally for the "99 Tall" version, so that's my assumption as to what was purchased.
