Turbo 4runner mud fun
Took the 4runner out to play today off the pavement for the first time turbocharged, was very pleased.

This thing is pretty cool, and I think it would make an awesome street setup, but for offroad purposes... all I can think of when I see it is...

For a street setup I guess it would be okay, wasn't really that fun on the street for me, too big of tires, not geared and extra weight. I hit some sand and steep hills where it got stuck before and just powered through it this time and didn't spit the driveshafts either.

I'm not gonna lie... It sounds badass to a person that doesn't have it. But, I bet you get pretty tired of hearing it sometimes. It's loud for sure. Cool video, though.

You are correct, there isn't any exhaust after the turbo yet, but there are plans to do it like this. We just need a plasma cutter to do bumpers.

We don't have a dyno anywhere close, 120 miles away, but it doesn't get stuck where it used to, E-locker is next.
