Hey everyone, I just bought a 1998 4Runner Limited with 171k for a winter rig here in Colorado. I paid next to nothing because it was in a fender bender which deployed both airbags.
So far I've replaced the front bumper, windshield and both airbags from a junkyard for under $500.
The next thing is this engine noise. I posted a video for you guys to watch.
Around the 40 second mark to the end you can really hear the clicking. It's generally happens when both the outside temperature and engine temp are cold. Once it warms up the noise subsides exponentially.
The lady I bought this from had a valve job and timing belt done in 2007. I know I'm new to this forum but I also own a Lexus and have been on clublexus.com for over 7 years.
Thanks in advance for your help!
