This is when it was lifted like 5"+
Now that it's back down to around a 3" lift I'm sure they can fix this.

I also have the lifetime alignment, and go almost every three weeks. If the manager tells you that, tell him to reimburse you and that you'll find better business elsewhere. I've never had problems with my firestones and I even have the LR upper control arms that they had never worked with. They were happy that I brought the instructions and were able to work it out. I think they make you sign a paper when you get the lifetime alignment, if you have it, show it to them so they see the paper you signed showed no restrictions and limitations and you can tell that manager to go to hell. Lol

Interesting. That really depends on which Firestone you go to. I was in for an alignment at one of my local Firestone shops last month and they failed to tell me that the sway bar end links were broke or that my inner tie rod needed replaced. How do you not see the end links snapped? Not sure if I will ever go back to them despite having the lifetime alignment.

Bumping this up because I had a question about my toe spec. I don't have my sheet by my drivers side has .02 degree and the passenger side has .1 degrees. Is that too much of a difference in toe? I've noticed most of you guys are .01 and so difference but mine is .08.

Total BULLSHIT!!! I would call corporate tomorrow. That is a corporate sponsored special, or go talk to that guy and have him call corporate. A company that big would replace him on the spot. I have this for my wife's car and talked to the manager, he said it's no big deal do it everyday if you want, corporate foots them the bill and it keeps customers coming back.

Why were you getting an alignment every two weeks?

I think the spec is .1 to .1 Your cross toe is 8 thousandths of a degree. Your fine.

Unless specified in the contract, there is no limitation.
One thing I have learned is if I have to force someone to do something the result is often shoddy and unsatisfactory. I want to do business with competent people who want to to do business with me. This always produces a better result.
In commerce one sometimes must force the tradesperson or vendor to make good on an agreement. Forcing him/her to do produce higher quality work is usually unsuccessful. This may be because they are simply incapable or because they have a non constructive attitude.
Were they doing good work? No. Are you returning because they just can't get it correct? Yes. Then get a refund. You can't fix stupid.
If they do good work a constructive discussion with the manager may resolve the dilemma. If they are professional and capable and honest and reliable and etc, he may see your frequent visits as implicit criticism of him and his crew. When a professional is good at what he does he provides real value. It is important that he knows that you appreciate and value the time and effort and good work he and his crew do, that you want to be a customer not because you get free stuff but because they do good work.
He probably thinks you're being a dick by bringing it in every 2 weeks just because you can, that the only purpose served is satisfying your desire to make their lives miserable and waste their time simply because you can. He may not understand that you are "getting everything the way you want it." Explain why you have been returning so frequently and that once you "get everything the way you want it" he will not see you every 2 weeks. Explain this is one of the reasons you purchased the lifetime deal. If he understands your return visits have a constructive, reasonable and finite purpose then his perspective may change. He may say, "Ok, I get it."
A meeting of the minds will result in an agreement to continue the relationship or sever it. Severing it merits a refund.

Bump, as I just got an alignment yesterday.
4th gen 17s with 265/65's which are more or less stock ride height.
Notes on the receipt said rear camber was off but could not adjust. Any idea why they'd say that/be unable?

The rear is a solid axle and can't be adjusted in any way. It's slightly cambered due to tolerances and won't affect anything, no way of making them perfectly straight.

Not any adjustments to adjust back there. Usually this is caused from bent or damaged rear suspension or axle components. Bad wheel bearings can also cause this.
