2000 Limited Stock Radio Wont Light Up

I have a 2000 limited, as far as I can remember the stock radio and the buttons around it have never lit up since we bought it, but i was wondering if it was maybe a fuse or a problem with the radio. Also i noticed the additional 12v outlets below the ciggarette lighter dont seem to have a power out put, I checked the fuses didnt see any blown but then again I'm only 17. Any ideas on the problem I apreciate it, hopefully its something easy.

Is it just the radio that doesn't light up? or is the auto climate control the same way? If it's the climate control as well here is the DIY: 99+ LTD Auto CC Light Replacement - YotaTech Forums

By the way, welcome to T4R.ORG

Does the radio work or just not 'light up'?

Did you try turning up your dimmer switch, knob on the dash next to your left hand? The radio is pretty dim when the dimmer is cranked all the way down.

The lower power outlets only work when the ignition is on ACC or ON, I forget which.

You mentioned couldnt see anything wrong with the fuses. Sometimes you cant see an issue. The best way to test a fuse is to use a mutlimeter, set it to continuity (light/beeper), and test over the fuse. The fuse has two small test points on the top and you can test all your fuses quickly without removing them.

Check the ACC fuse in the dash and the power outlet fuse in the engine bay fuse box. Use a multimeter, not your eyes.
