So I've been fallowing the dual tank/f150 tank threads and that just seamed like too much work for me so here is my solution. Much easier, and modular best part about it, I can use it in any vehicle, even the wife's car.

Lol no I just picked up some new cans from my a friend who is always heading up into Canada. These will not be riding around in or on the truck other than the two spots on the bumper. I just wanted the red and got a couple for a friend. The tan cans will go on the trailer

I have noticed for a while now (years) that my weather stripping around the doors is breaking down and deteriorating something very typical with older vehicles. Anyhow a few months back a family member (don't exactly know how they are related) wrecked her 4runner (97 base model 2wd) and walked away from it. My brother in-law bought it for $500 for the motor and ecu/harness to swap into his 82 pickup. I gave him $250 for everything else once I found out it had the moonmist(blue interior). When I finally got a chance to look at it this weekend I noticed right off that all the weather stripping is in much better shape than mine as well as the door sills. So I grabbed all the weather stripping and door sills and cleaned them up today using some super clean and simple green then swapped them over into my truck. The driver's door still has some worn down spots but overall it's in way better condition. All the back doors are free of visible signs of wear all the cleats in the door sills are intact and tight. So these two things alone have paid for itself let alone the rest of the interior and any other miscellaneous items I'll get like nuts and bolts ect.

Next time he plans on going, let me know.
I could use two more tan ones; and you can’t have them shipped here anymore.

So a couple weeks ago I decided it was time to replace the bushings in my CBI swingout arm. In doing so I ripped out all the wiring (long story but I thought maybe I could not have to undo all my wiring to the arm, it didn't go as planned.) Anyhow I got the new bushings in and man that arm swings so smoothly and effortlessly again. Anyhow I installed a Deutsch connector bulkhead for easy service and weather resistance.
