Nice looking truck, I like that it's already upgraded to 5-star wheels. I'd get some new springs for the rear (OME 906's probably), paint or powdercoat the wheels a gunmetal color, and do preventative maintenance stuff. Stock 4Runners look damn nice if they sit level and have good tires on them.

I would personally get some bedliner, rust paint, or POR15 and spend a day hitting the entire underside and tow hitch, or from the picture, the gas tank skid.

A darker, gunmetal color rim would look nice on this ride.

maybe match the tint on the front two windows to the back two?

also, I agree a gunmetal color would make a good accent color. I also second the maintenance suggestion if it's not up to date. Your runner looks good as is to me. I did bedline my bumpers though and I do think yours would look good doing the same.

Ignore the missing filler pieces and the fact that it isn't aligned perfectly(fender bender) and I'm very happy with it. I think im going on about a year with the rustolieum rattle can bedliner and it still looks like the day I did it. Good Stuff.

I do think your bumpers would look good a gunmetal color if the rims were. However, getting a good finish out of a rattle can be challenging, and I choose to do bedliner becuase it hides imperfections pretty well. I do think the gunmetal rims/bumper combo would look tasteful. In the end its your call. If I were you I think I would bedline the bumpers and fenders and do the rims gunmetal. It would make the rims kind of POP.

budget ~$200 for rear springs. a floor jack and your stock issue bottle jack and about an hour and a half for the first time. rear springs are cake.(by the way im 20 and not the most mechanically inclined) just unbolt lower shock mounts and loosen the top if you need to. frame on jack stands rear end on a floor jack. jack down the side your working on with the bottle jack and the springs practically fall out. do the other side. reverse the process for install.

now the bedliner. you may get varying opinions but here it goes. I used about 4 cans of bedliner and like two cans of primer. did coats till i was out of paint. I think I ended up with 3 coats on the front and back. Proper prep and dry times are the key. There are lots of threads on all that though so I wont go into detail.
