Thoughts on where this leak is?

Hey Gang

So my Boy Blue has sprung a leak in the Left rear wheel. I have checked the caliper and it seems to be fine, could this be the Axel seal?

Leak in the break drum

Leaked on the tire

Advice would be helpful especially how much this will cost to fix and if it is a DIY job or not. Currently in Guatemala on my way to Argentina from Seattle... so tools are scarce.

Looks like an axle seal to my untrained eyes. There are DIYs on here for that. I think BFAD posted one many people reference.

Here's the link I referenced: Rear Axle Seals: The Ultimate Information and Replacement Thread (3rd gen)

I vote second on the axle seal.

You could just add oil every couple thousand miles.
