Most scenic trail in/near Moab?

I usually would be asking what is the hardest trails that our 4runners could do... but this time I want to know what ppl consider the most scenic?

I would say that Devil Backbone, Moab Rim, and Behind the Rock are some of the hardest.

I want something that is at least a 6 out of 10, but something that is so scenic it is just one of those trail that are 'a must do' when in Rome!

I know traildamage.com has them listed, but I wanna hear it from the t4r.org community!

What about the Dome Plateau Trail? Its rated at a 3, but its got great views!

Edit: I know you wanted a 6 of 10, but the ratings I found on this site were a little different. http://www.4x4now.com/mu4wd.htm

I really like Hells Revenge and Fins 'n Things. The views are not quite as spectacular as others, but the overall landscape is as pretty as Moab gets, in my opinion.

Hell's Revenge is a great trail! Hell's Gate is one of my favorite parts of the trail.

Hells revenge is pretty nice. I like that view of the colorado at the loop for hells gate. THis is a must do trail IMO, Fins was cool too. A nice warm up for moab wheeling

Poision spider mesa was also somewhat scenic. If you run the entire loop. Most people turn off to run golden spike/golden crack. There is a pretty cool arch to see and some red sand dunes on the far side. THis trail takes awhile and I ran it alone it would have been funner in a group.

It's a bit of a drive but one of our favorites is Elephant Hill.

That's funny. The guy that shot that video is the same guy that shot that bike commercial where they are jumping into the river...sweet! I think it is a Mountain Dew commercial.

Family and I are going to be in Moab on 15th and 16th of March, so I was actually looking for the same info!!

Edit: Umm . .i saw "3" and thought it was on a 10 scale. We are looking for "expedition" not "crawling" fun - the more scenic the better.

Great video ^^^

if your up for it I believe a night run on Moab Rim is incredibly cool. One side looks over the CO river and from the top you can sit and look over the lights of Moab. love it. Just be careful coming down in the dark the z turn can be a challenge.

Edit. Also Gemini Bridges is a drive but really cool to drive to the top of a bridge and look over the edge some 1000 feet to the bottom of the canyon. Super easy drive but worth the look.

Booth really cool ideas! I'd love to make my way back up north toward I-70 - we have to be in Glenwood Springs the night of the 16th. We are coming in mid day on the 15th, staying at the Devil's Garden and then want to go overland back out toward I-70.

We will be back for a longer stay later! Going from KC to California and back to KC.
