Help/Advice on Diagnosing Error Code P0442

Hey guys,
Long story short I had some work done this time last year as my CEL, VSC & Trac Lights were on (Code P0440). I ended up replacing my PCV Valve, VSV (Vacuum Switching Valve), charcoal canister, and pressure relief valve (gas tank). Some of the work I did, some of it the shop did, but it worked no and more CEL/idiot lights.

Drove the truck for roughly a year and now the CEL, TRAC & VSC lights are back on (Code P0442). I need help/advice on how to locate any leaks in the system. I was going to give soapy water in a spray bottle a shot, but beyond that I am pretty well stumped. PLEASE HELP!!

Make sure your gas cap is tight. Might try buying a new one if yours is really old.

Checked that out as soon as the lights came on. And it was the first thing I replaced when the lights came on last year, it was original to the runner.

Here's the link to the FSM. It gives steps of what to check. I have no idea if the steps are in the best order for the most common failures. I haven't dealt with this before. Maybe someone else will chime in.

resurrecting the thread.

The above link is broken. Anybody know where to find it?

Getting this code popping up every so often.
