Currently (soon to change):
Shocks: Tundra BE5-6929
Springs: Tundra TRD (yy/yb)
Setting: 3rd notch
Comments: 1997 SR5 4x4, stock front bumper. toytec 3/4" top plate spacer. Not so bad a ride until you hit bumps that make you droop... it makes some kind of popping noise. Maybe my cv's or ball joints acting like bumpstops.

Shocks: Tacoma BE5-D558
Springs: OME 881 (no spacer)
Setting: lowest notch
Comments: 1999, 4x4, no armor or added weight. Ride is pretty good. Stable. Not cadillac, but pretty good.

Shocks: Bilstein Tundra 5100 - BE5-6929-H0
Springs: Tundra TRD (y/y, y/b) - 48131-AF090/100
Setting: 2nd notch
Comments: 265/75/16 Load E KM2's, Stubbs sliders, 80lb sleeping platform, full sized spare tire. Love the ride as a DD, awesome articulation. Not the best setup for hi-speed desert bombing. My detailed review: http://www.toyota-4runner.org/3rd-ge...lc-review.html

Shocks: Tacoma BE5-D558
Springs: OME 883
Setting: Lowest notch
Comments: 99 4x4, no bumper. 4 banger (lighter than V6) w/ front skid. Rides stiff, handles like a truck should IMO. expecting softer ride with bumper weight.

Shocks: Tundra BE5-6929
Springs: Tundra TRD (80K)
Setting: 2nd notch
Comments: 2000 4x4 Limited, Stock otherwise. The ride is firm, controlled and decent for DD. Offroad it flexes well and handles the slower stuff.

Shocks: Tacoma BE5-D558
Springs: Toytec/Eibach 3" Lift Springs
Setting: 2nd notch (giving me exactly 3" of lift, measured from center hub to fender)
Comments: 1999 SR5, 4WD, Stock Bumper.Rides like a truck but any stiffer and it would be undesireable. I get front wheel hop(more than normal) on large potholes and where abrupt road surface changes(uneven pavement). Gravel and dirt roads are fine.

Shocks: Tundra BE5-6929
Springs: Tundra TRD (y/y, y/b)
Setting: 2nd notch
Comments: 2000 SR5 Sport 4x4. Stock bumpers and no aftermarket weight added. Running E Load tires and very impressed with ride. Nice and stable over harsh bumps. Only wish that the coils gave a little more lift.

I PM'd him about posting some pics showing the springs and struts DO work together, hopefully he can get some this weekend.

Shocks - Tacoma 5100's from toytec
Springs - Toytec/Eibach silver springs
Settings - 1st perch
Comments - On road very nice, would like a softer ride off-road. Pulling out of my driveway and the curb produces a clunking noise. Suspecting LBJ's or torn CV's. However, still handles corners like a stock runner!

I have this same setup on my 98 and would completely agree with this assessment of the ride quality.

Shocks: Tundra BE5-6929
Springs: Tundra TRD Y/Y, Y/B
Setting: 1st notch
Comments: 2000 4runner, 4x2, FJ Cruiser Wheels wrapped with P265/70-R17
Ride is amazing. Tackles Bumbs, Dips, Pot Holes, etc like a shock should. Handles well around corners as well. IMO, the perfect front setup for our trucks.
